Lane Fabby is the former Program Administrator of the Navy Information Dominance Junior Officer Course (IDJOC) — this program was aimed at growing excellent Information Dominance Corps (IDC) O4-O5 leaders called upon to effect the changes called for in support of the Information Dominance Corps strategic goals. The objective of IDJOC was to change the perceptions and the behaviors of mid-level IDC officers. We conducted this 1-week course to generate great leaders who make a difference in military organizations and to develop a community of practice or network of change agents that introduce innovative policies, programs, and practices that benefit warfighting capabilities.
